As the research highlighted, a file access portal, for a logistics & e-commerce provider as comprehensive as the client, primarily needs to focus upon ensuring that there are absolutely no impediments in information access, understanding, retention and tracking. The information needs to be accessible to a diverse user base, who can go through the content in a neatly organised and categorised manner, so as to increase engagement and overall retention.
Approach Identification
We focused on creating a clean and intuitive user interface that prioritized accessibility across devices. The navigation system was meticulously designed for easy access to relevant content, categorized by user type (stakeholder vs. seller) and content theme. Engaging visuals and interactive elements were incorporated to enhance information retention and user engagement.
The Solution
The platform was designed with a plethora of rich functionalities, including Role-Based Content Filtering, a Search Functionality to facilitate quick access, Interactive learning modules and an overall intuitive and clean interface to allow for easy and seamless navigation to all relevant content material.
